Accord Plastics manufacturing plant
Our manufacturing plant has been operating since 2004, so our operation has been refined process and can be broken down into the following steps:
Source raw polyethylene material - in small pellet form or as a resin
Raw material enters our main extruder
Material exits as either a polytube, lay flat or film.
Layflat is popularly used for protection around pipes and conduits. Layflat is also the starting point for plastic bag manufacture. This includes poly bags, retail bags, produce bags, ripper carton liners, bags for forestry seedlings and refuse bags. Also produced from layflat are pallet covers, drum liners, plastic sheet and industrial liners. Accord Plastics supply plastic bags either loose in cartons, punched or perforated.
All Accord Plastics Products are recyclable
Recycling LDPE
Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE), identified by the recycling code #4, is a versatile plastic commonly used in products like plastic bags, shrink wrap, and squeeze bottles. LDPE is known for its flexibility, transparency, and resistance to chemicals and moisture
Properly recycling LDPE helps reduce environmental pollution and supports the creation of new, sustainable products.
